TL-2060 - Edinburgh House, Jersey

OVERVIEW

Edinburgh House, St Helier

Formerly known as La Collette Low Rise, Edinburgh House is a landmark social housing development by Andium Homes, delivering 147 lifelong homes in the heart of St Helier. Designed by Morris Architects and built by Dandara Jersey Limited, the project offers a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments centred around a communal courtyard and a south-facing public terrace with beach views.

OnLevel’s TL-2060 glass adapters were chosen for the terrace balustrades, providing a minimalist, durable, and high-performance solution. The frameless glass system allows for unobstructed views while ensuring safety and structural integrity, making it ideal for residential applications. The adapters also enabled efficient installation without compromising on design quality.

The development’s modern aesthetic and focus on community living are enhanced by the clean lines and transparency of OnLevel’s balustrade system. Edinburgh House is a strong example of how well-engineered architectural hardware can elevate both the function and form of social housing environments.
