The Kuwait government client demanded state of the art technology including flexible underfloor HVAC services. This is the first building in Kuwait to feature underfloor air conditioning. The high specification new build complex comprises three ten-storey buildings linked by a full height Atria and Sky gardens, 33,000 sq m state of the art office space, IT based auditing facilities, a conference centre, training facilities, library and cafeteria, and car parking facilities.
