Spectus flush tilt & turn windows fitted in high profile social housing development

OVERVIEW

Spectus Flush Tilt & Turn Windows specified in the construction of 22 houses and 22 flats in Crawley. A former depot in Southgate Crawley was the site of a development of 44 high quality social housing units for Crawley Borough Council. The high profile location next to a popular park meant the aesthetics of the development was vital. Architecturally, a contemporary interpretation of the Crawley ‘new town’ style was specified, with mainly brick elevations, using a palette of three colours, and windows with reconstituted stone surrounds on the buildings at the entrance to the site.
