St James Quarter is as big and complex as sites get. The huge development is a multi-use precinct mixing retail and leisure with luxury living. Everything about it is cutting-edge, including the way it was designed and built. We were thrilled to be win this project.
Soundis supplied Block A & Block B with our unique Soundis Cradle & Batten Acoustic Flooring System.
The Cradle & Batten System helps to improve both airborne and impact performance and is compliant with Robust Details FFT2. Our Cradles and Risers are manufactured from 100% recycled materials.
We have used our in house manufactured Soundis Dry Screed Panels in various thicknesses, depending on the floor build up on each one of the Blocks.
