Soundis Acoustic Flooring Cradle and Batten System at Taberner House, Croydon
OVERVIEW
A huge regeneration project site emerged in Croydon which involved the construction of 514 apartments.
The whole project covered approximately 34,000 square meters including ground-floor retail and office space.
Soundis supplied a Soundis Cradle & Batten system on all 4 tower blocks which make up the 34,000m2 development. This system was installed directly on the concrete subfloor and was chosen due to its acoustic performance incorporating levelling capabilities.
The Soundis Cradle & Batten system helps to improve both airborne and impact performance and is compliant with Robust Detail FFT2.
