OVERVIEW
A residential building project in Kings Norton has installed WindyPods aluminium window pods.
The two-phased project worth £9.5 million was completed over a period of six years and produced 92 new homes for rent. They were the first new homes constructed by Birmingham City Council for a generation.
The Code 4 new homes are part of the award-winning inaugural Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust programme and have transformed the residential site in the heart of the Kings Norton regeneration plan.
WindyPods aluminium window pods have added to the aesthetic appearance of the estate providing unique architectural detailing.
