OVERVIEW
The William - Project Aan Het Water
Overamstel is in the midst of a transformation; from a fading industrial
quarter into a vibrant and inspirational place to live and work.
Highly durable, Petrarch reconsituted stone rainscreen is the ideal facade solution for exposed evnironments such as this.
Tonal variation and texture bring added depth and refinement,
complementing the scheme’s honest architectural language.
Given its highly durable, and intrinsic resistance, Petrarch reconstituted
stone panels are ideal for schemes such as this - where robustness and
resistance to salt, moisture and weathering are key. Petarch combines
long-term durability with minimal maintenance which is a real
advantage in demanding environments. It is also an excellent choice for
low level applications and high footfall schemes, thanks to its impact
resistance.
