OVERVIEW
The Perry Barr Regeneration Scheme, Birmingham, aims to support the local economy and bring wider community benefits.
Kier is delivering Plot 6, one of the largest plots. Upon completion, the eight-storey mixed-use building will provide 267 residential apartments for the area, as well as commercial units. Lendlease is the management contractor for the Perry Barr residential scheme, working with Kier and others.
