OVERVIEW
This stunning apartment is based in one of New York City’s most sought after neighbourhoods, with incredible views of both the Empire State and Chrysler Buildings. Art Deco in style, it was constructed in 1926 and is a standout Manhattan residence.
Skyline Windows, Clement’s partners in New York, engaged Clement to manufacture and supply the set of three arched head steel doors for the dining area. The new French doors not only create an impressive feature, they also act as the entrance to the terrace.
The Clement EB24 range was chosen for the doors, as it offers super slim frames, as well as an advanced specification. Clement is able to offer dual colour and this option was perfect for this project as the client wanted the inside of the doors to complement the interior decor. Consequently, Pure White was used internally, whilst Jet Black was selected for the outside to match the original fenestration.
The iconic slim lines of hot rolled steel sections, combined with a unique glazing bar pattern, create a timeless design, which will be enjoyed for many years to come.
Skyline Windows said “Clement's EB24 ticked all the boxes when it came to our client's desired look and feel for their new renovation. Another very happy customer who has an eye for historic details while maximising glass area to enjoy a spectacular view of our famous city skyline.”
