One Angel Square

A throwback to One Angel Square today; a striking office building in Northampton and winner of the RIBA East Midlands Award in 2018. The vertical copper fins on the façade were chosen to prevent overheating whilst contributing to the stunning aesthetics.

Renson’s high airflow 481 louvres were supplied with motorised dampers which could be controlled via the building management system (BMS) and helped to regulate the airflow.

In addition to this, our continuous louvre system, Linius was required, with the highly technical L.066V blade being chosen for its significant weather protection (Class A up to 1m/s).
