OVERVIEW

A contemporary workplace organised around gradients of attention—quiet, acoustically controlled focus zones; structured, high-performance meeting rooms; and informal, collaborative hubs—unified through a loose-lay rubber tile system.

The flooring acts as both infrastructure and signal: loose-lay rubber tiles provide acoustic absorption, underfoot comfort and long-term durability, and help create transitions between concentrated work, formal exchange and spontaneous interaction; registered through calibrated changes in material rhythm, lighting intensity and integrated brand detailing. This allowed the working environment to remain spatially coherent while functionally adaptable.

The floor strategy aimed to support reconfiguration, reduced lifecycle disruption and performance maintenance across high-traffic zones, all while reinforcing identity through controlled material variation rather than superficial surface treatment.
