OVERVIEW
This new 221-room Dalata Maldron Hotel was designed by EPR to retain and reuse the listed façade of the site’s corner building and complement it. Surrounded by imposing Regency buildings, the building’s façade mitigates in scale and character to add local context and a contemporary interpretation of the regency bay window.
We were delighted to assist EPR and work with specialist installer FIS and Main Contractor C-Field with the specification and supply of our A1 non-combustible, lightweight Keratwin ceramic façade system.
The clean lines and crisp detailing give a contemporary twist to the local vernacular.
