Major Energy Infrastructure Project

Over the past two years, Fastline Steel Services has been proud to play a key role in one of the UK’s largest and most significant energy infrastructure projects. Working closely with the client, we have manufactured and supplied over 2,000 m of high-security perimeter fencing, along with multiple pedestrian and vehicular gates and fully automated sliding cantilever gates.

This isn’t just any project. Once operational, the site will have a generating capacity of 2.9 GW, enough clean energy to power more than 3 million UK homes. It’s projected to contribute up to £8.5 billion to the local, national, and global economy through supply chain investment and the creation of thousands of high-skilled jobs, both during construction and throughout its operational life.
