OVERVIEW

On January 2006, the Secretary of State granted the permission for the project, and the developer was really confident that it will be completed by 2013, but it got delayed because of the economic downturn. This is a £1 billion scheme and it is considered “the biggest riverside development on the north bank of the Thames for over 100 years”, creating 106 homes. In this project Effisus Pre-fab True Seal, a pre-fabricated sealing solution, was developed and applied for sealing difficult facade 3D details, minimizing human error possibility.
