King's Road Park

OVERVIEW

King’s Road Park forms part of a 17-acre regeneration scheme set to provide over 1800 new homes to West London. Plot 1A of the Berkeley Group development includes both residential and commercial facilities along with private communal amenity space, a health club and basement car parking. The large flat roof features both extensive green roofing and a roof terrace for a penthouse apartment.


 oversaw the installation of the roof insulation and waterproofing system. An inverted roof construction was selected for the terraces and, in order to meet the target U-value of 0.15 W/m2K whilst also maintaining an even transition from internal floor levels, the OPTIM-R E Inverted Roofing System was installed above the Alumasc Derbigum system.
