One of Balco’s Levitate balcony projects was in the London Borough of Southwark, on the Lawson Estate, in partnership with Buxton Building Contractors. Balco had a two-year relationship with Buxton Building Contractors for this project. Buxton Building Contractors have been continuously monitoring the scheme since January 2019. This project started on the 16th of March 2020 and finished on the 10th of December 2021. On this project, we manufactured and produced 30 bespoke open Levitate Balco Balconies.

Balco’s Levitate balcony allows you to customize your balconies to make them unique to each building. You can choose from a wide range of RAL colours with a choice of balustrades, floor finishes, and soffits. There are also four different types of balustrades available for the Levitate balcony system. These four options for Balco balconies are lightweight aluminium vertical bar, traditional steel bar balustrade, lightweight aluminum-framed glass balustrade, and pure glass balustrade. For the flooring, you can choose from either concrete tiles or aluminium decking.
