Hackney Yards

Hackney Yards is a major new development forming part of the Hackney Wick Masterplan, delivering four new blocks across three prominent sites around Hackney Wick Station. Once complete, the scheme will provide 190 mixed-tenure residential units and over 40,000 sq ft of commercial space.

Firma is currently supplying a comprehensive masonry support package for the scheme, including masonry support systems, brick slip soffits, wind posts, and structural sundry items such as reveal plates.

Scope of Works:

• Masonry Support Systems: Designed to accommodate variations across three distinct architectural plots, including brick-slip details.
• Wind Posts: Engineered to provide lateral support to large openings and slender façades.
• Structural Brackets & Ancillaries: Supporting architectural features and secondary steel.

Reflecting the industrial character and creative energy of Hackney Wick, the buildings are clad in robust brickwork, brought to life by carefully detailed features. Firma’s technical and manufacturing expertise continues to support progress on site, with phased deliveries aligned to the programme.
