Nestlé identified a requirement for a new Transformer and

Switch Room that would be situated in close proximity to a

new nitrogen plant.

Mr Pat Walsh, Site Electrical Engineer for Nestlé, had used

Glasdon products on previous occasions. After making

contact with Glasdon, Mr Walsh and the Chief Engineer for

Nestlé visited a local site to see an example of a suitable

Housing in operation.

It became immediately apparent that the Glasdon Fortress

Steel Housing system, with its excellent insulation and smart

appearance, would be the ideal solution for Nestlé’s project.
