Barclay’s House in Leeds Office Quarter was transformed by the design from Associated Architects. An old 1980s building is now a prime 45,000 sq. Ft office building – 6 East Parade (6EP)
Glazing on the upper levels gives way to Glazed red terracotta and a solid foundation on the ground floor of Yorkstone on Aztec Rainscreen. A truly stunning building that was Highly Commended in the BCO (Regional) ‘Refurbished / Recycled Workplace’ Awards
