Draperies in Amro Residential

The Amro Residential is a student accommodation resulting from the partnership between IP Investment Management and Heed Capital . The Project is designed by Serta Arquitectos .

The architects designed the Project with a commitment to obtaining a high classification of the BREEAM Outstanding , Fitwell 3* and Wiredscore Platinum certificates . In addition , following Amor´s NZC 2025 commitment , the project is focusing on obtaining the Passivhaus certification , which will make it one of the most sustainable new buildings in Spain and in Europe .

The integration of Bandalux draperies with the combination of Blackout fabric and semi translucid providing and creating a combination of elegancy ambiance and a high energy efficiency in the common areas as well as in the private spaces .
