Summary

DNR Altitude features modern architecture and a prime location, connected to the central business district and forming part of a rapidly transforming hub in Yeshwantpur. Proud to be a Transit Orientated Development (TOD), it complements and connects Bangalore’s various key landmarks.  

The new building has been designed and built with both occupier and planetary health in mind. A key part of this approach was the high-performance glass curtain wall façade that envelopes the entire 20-storey, 768,524 sq.ft structure. This airtight finish not only helps maintain stable air temperatures within, but grants occupants access to an abundance of natural light proven to support health, wellbeing and productivity in office spaces. 

For the compartmentation provision at the soffit and at the joint between the floor slab and curtain wall, Siderise CW-FS120 Firestop was specified to provide the required fire resistance performance, delivering a code-compliant passive fire protection solution— a key priority for global developer, Hines.  

The Siderise Technical Services team supported the specification process by supplying product details, a detailed technical report and certification in regard to UL ratings.

The Siderise Site Services team were later appointed to provide comprehensive product installation training to the site operatives and to oversee a benchmark installation. The team will also assist with a thorough inspection after the works are completed to certify that the installation adheres to our recommendations and expected quality standards.
