Clements Court, London

OVERVIEW

Our recent project at Clements Court showcases how tailored bike storage and refuse solutions can transform large-scale residential developments through combining security, durability and design.

The Project

Clements Court, developed by Wates, needed high-capacity bin stores and high-security but flexible storage shelters that could withstand urban demands without compromising the development’s aesthetics.

Green sedum roofing and sustainability were central to the brief, requiring robust materials and eco-conscious design.

Working closely with the Wates team, we designed and delivered a suite of bespoke bin stores and shelters, all manufactured in Britain and built to last.

What We Delivered

Our bespoke solutions included large-scale bin stores and multi-compartment shelters, each bespoke to specific site zones and resident needs.

Clements Court Refuse Stores

  • Double Bin Store for 13 x 1100L euro bins with powder-coated steel cladding, single-leaf swing gates, security mesh divides, and bespoke dimensions
  • Additional 4-bin and 3-bin stores, which accommodate varying waste collection areas
  • Sedum roof options that blend sustainability with sleek urban design
  • Laser-cut door plates and waste bag apertures for functionality and visual coherence
  • All installations are secured using tamper-resistant fixings for maximum durability

Carlton High-Security Mesh Shelter

  • 15 Space Shelter with bespoke site specific dimensions
  • 13 Space Shelter with custom L-shaped footprint for efficient use of site space
  • 4 Space Shelter was the perfect solution for the tighter zones on the development
  • Individual compartments with heavy-duty steel mesh divides
  • Optional sedum roofs with uprated steels and parapet details for green credentials
  • Heavy-duty mechanical code locks fitted to every compartment for resident peace of mind

Sustainability & Design

Every element at Clements Court was designed for durability and sustainable performance, from sedum green roofing to precision powder-coated finishes. The sedum green roofing softens the shelter’s visual impact while promoting biodiversity and assisting with rainwater management on-site.
