Centurion House: Edgware, London

A facade remediation scheme delivered on a 7 storey mixed-use building, comprising of ground level retail units (which remained open throughout the project) and residential apartments above.

The project involved the replacement of the building’s combustible insulated render with a new non-combustible EWI render system from VPI Products.

The new system also included an intricate ‘ashlar’ detail within the finish, in order to maintain the appearance of the building’s facade.
