Smart Concrete delivered a dual-system waterproofing solution, combining two industry-leading technologies:

Cetco Voltex DSCR external membrane – a high-performance bentonite geotextile membrane offering robust protection against external water penetration and protection against the highly alkaline chalk environment.

Kryton KIM waterproof concrete – an integral crystalline admixture that transforms the concrete itself into a barrier, providing self-sealing properties and long-term resilience.

By integrating these complementary systems, we provided a layered approach to waterproofing that maximises both strength

and reliability.

throughout, while our site technicians were on hand to oversee the application, ensuring that the installation met the highest
