TL-6020 - York Marina

York Marina sought to upgrade its facilities alongside the picturesque River Ouse.

K-Fix Systems Ltd was tasked with installing a bespoke safety system that would enhance security while preserving the marina’s stunning waterfront views. Their solution -a modern, frameless glass balustrade with stainless steel handrails and top rails -combines innovative design with functionality.

To support this installation, OnLevel supplied 55 linear metres of our TL-6020 base channel, designed to accommodate 21.52mm glass with loadings of 1.50kN, including pre-fabricated corners and end caps.

K-Fix’s expert installation of the frameless glass balustrade and stainless steel handrails has significantly improved safety at the marina, creating a secure environment for all visitors. At the same time, the sleek and contemporary design enhances the overall appeal of the waterfront, making it an even more attractive destination along the River Ouse.
