51 & 52 St Stephens Green, Dublin - FIRETITE™ Case Study

OVERVIEW

FIRETITE™ Aerated Clay Cavity Wall Insulation was chosen for the deep retrofit of the historic Georgian offices at 51 & 52 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin. The project required a solution that could significantly enhance thermal performance while maintaining fire integrity and protecting the existing brick façade.

FIRETITE™ delivered a seamless full-fill insulation with a thermal conductivity of 0.034 W/mK and a Class A2-s1,d0 fire rating, meeting strict NZEB and Building Regulation standards. Its hydrophobic, self-sealing properties and EC1plus emission rating ensured both durability and sustainability, contributing 30 BREEAM points to the project.
