Z Box Roller Blinds in Azienda Agricola Volcanalia

OVERVIEW

Located in the offshoots of the Lessini Mountains in Gambellara, Azienda Volcanalia’s wine tasting building is clad in wood treated with a traditional Japanese technique called Yakisugi—a process that uses fire to create a charred, coal-black finish. This design element is a tribute to the ancient volcanic forces that shaped the surrounding landscape.

Architects chose the Bandalux Z-Box system, with stainless-steel guides and Polyscreen 403® in ebony which integrates seamlessly into this project. It not only enhances the building’s aesthetic but also provides excellent wind and solar protection while maintaining clear views of the breathtaking vineyard beyond.
