Chapter Aldgate
OVERVIEW
Chapter Aldgate is a high-end student accommodation building that can house up to 400 students. Located in
London’s White Chapel, it’s nearby HULT Business School, Istituto Marangoni London, Queen Mary University, and Aldgate Underground. It is one of 13 buildings operated by the Chapter brand and is owned by Real Estate and Property company, Greystar.
Challenge
The client needed to prevent unauthorised access into the student accommodation with a solution that would still complement their unique stripped back interior that reveals the raw structure of the building with minimal aesthetics. With this, there was still a requirement to create a free flow of people to reduce crowding, even in peak times.
