While designing an apartment building in the wealthy Highland Park neighbourhood, developer and CEO of VALIDUS development corp. Luis Gonzalez had a vision for something unlike the traditional Dallas home. Creating a Scandinavian aesthetic was desired for the new building. The Normandy building, including 21 luxury apartment units, features contemporary style both inside and out.
