The former Babergh District Council offices are located within the town centre.

The area comprises five buildings with listed status, historic maltings, and a former industrial gasworks, as well as a contemporary office block.

The plan is to integrate the listed structures into a fresh residential project, achieved through a combination of renovating and constructing new apartments and houses.

Cemfloor Therm was chosen for this stage of the project thanks to its many benefits including;

• Cement based screed that is compatible with all cement based adhesives; including fast track systems

• Foot traffic allowed after 24/48 hours which meant other aspects of the project could continue
