Application

  • Quick Render PM100 is suitable for application over properly prepared substrates such as polystyrene, brick, block, concrete, AAC blocks and panels, tilt up.
  • Suitable for interior and exterior use.
  • Quick Render PM100 must be overcoated within 28 days of application.


Rockcote Quick Render PM100 is designed for a medium grade, rendered finish. Rockcote Quick Render products should always be used as part of a full Rockcote system specification.

Description

Quick Render PM100 is a pre-blended polymer-modified cement render. Properly cured Quick Render PM100 exhibits minimal drying shrinkage and is a reliable surface for over-coating with acrylic textures and paints.

Quick Render PM100 is simple to mix and easy to apply and

finish. It has been formulated for use over expanded and extruded polystyrene walling systems. Some of its significant features include:

  • Easy to use and tough.
  • Water repellent.
  • Excellent adhesion to properly prepared substrates.
  • Acrybond not required, just add water.
  • Forms part of a warranted system for expanded and extruded polystyrene walling systems.
  • Excellent abrasion resistance.

Manufacturer guidance

Dries in approximately 8 hours under normal drying conditions. (Dry times vary with changes in temperature and humidity and residual moisture in the substrate).
