Published Limit state capacities are suitable to determine structural adequacy and serviceability in accordance with:

Sheets are supplied custom cut to length to suit project requirements. Transportation limits apply.


To address thermal expansion and contraction, the recommended maximum sheet length is 15 m for walling and 24 m for roofing.


Provide manufacturing tolerance of ±15 mm.

Manufacturer guidance

Refers to maximum allowable spans. These vary depending on base metal thickness and span type.

  • 0.35 mm BMT walling: 1100 mm for single span and 1200 mm for end span and internal span.
  • 0.42 mm BMT walling: 1200 mm for single span, end span and internal span.

Frame or support

Steel (1.0 to 3.5 mm).

Guidance for specification option:

  • For valley fixing (wall only), use 10-16 x 16 mm Metal Teks Hex Head or 10-16 x 25 mm Designer Head screws.
  • If side lap fixing is necessary, use 3.2 mm sealed aluminium blind rivet.

Timber Hardwood and Softwood.

Guidance for specification option:
