Description

HiKlip® 630 Non-Cyclonic is a high rainwater-carrying roofing with concealed-fixed installation. It is the largest of such profile in Australia and is purposely built for stormy weathers. Some of its features include:

To address thermal expansion and contraction, the recommended maximum sheet length is 24 m. Where lengths exceed 24 m, step joints or concealed decks are recommended.

Manufacturer guidance

Refers to maximum allowable spans. These vary depending on profile thickness and span type. Maximum spans are as follows:

  • 0.42 mm BMT roofing: 2000 – 2600 mm.
  • 0.42 mm BMT walling: 2150 – 3000 mm.
  • 0.48 mm BMT roofing: 2400 – 3000 mm.
  • 0.48 mm BMT walling: 2450 – 3000 mm.


Spans in excess of 3000 mm are available subject to enquiry. Contact manufacturer for further details.
