Can be used in either roofing or walling applications for modern and traditional designs. Suitable for roof pitch designs down to 3 degrees. Available in South Australia only.

Published Limit state capacities are suitable to determine structural adequacy and serviceability in accordance with:

  •       AS/NZS 1170.1:2002 (Reconfirmed 2016) Structural design actions, Part 1: Permanent, imposed and other actions.

Fielders steel products comply with:

Description

CorroMax 21® Non-Cyclonic is a roofing and walling profile manufactured from COLORBOND® steel and ZINCALUME® steel. Compared to Fielders' traditional S-Rib corrugated profile, the ribs of CorroMax 21® are 30% deeper, allowing for a higher rainwater carrying capacity. Some of its features include:

  • Offers the benefits of strength with aesthetic appeal.
  • Can be combined with Fielders® heritage products to achieve authentic restorations.
  • Available in a range of lengths and thicknesses.

  • For 0.48 mm walling: 1800 – 2700 mm.

Only fasteners complying with AS 3566:2002 and those that are compatible with the roofing material should be used.

Insulation thickness up to 50 mm are recommended, with screws to be increased in number depending on insulation thickness and density.


For insulation thicknesses greater than 50 mm, Fielders® recommends the use of a thermal spacer.
