Description

KingKlip® 700 Non-Cyclonic is a concealed-fix roofing and walling profile with high flexibility. It is available in a variety of lengths through the Fielders® Mobile Mill and can be installed through various fixing methods. Some of its features include:

  • Combination of watertightness and strength.
  • Faster installation and larger sheets.
  • Fewer laps than alternative conventional screw fixed roofs.
  • Available in a range of colours and finishes.

To address thermal expansion and contraction, the recommended maximum sheet length is 24 m. Where lengths exceed 24 m, step joints or concealed decks are recommended.

Manufacturer guidance

Refers to maximum allowable spans based on supports of 1.0 mm BMT. These vary depending on profile thickness and span type. Maximum spans are as follows:

  • 0.42 mm BMT roofing: 1800 – 2700 mm.
  • 0.42 mm BMT walling: 2300 – 3000 mm.
  • 0.48 mm BMT roofing: 2100 – 3000 mm.
  • 0.48 mm BMT walling: 2550 – 3000 mm.
