Mini-Flute is a traditional S walling profile. It can be installed vertically, horizontally or diagonally, allowing for a range of design options. Some of its features include:

When insulation thickness up to 50 mm are installed, screws may need to be increased in number depending on insulation thickness and density.


For insulation thicknesses greater than 50 mm, Fielders® recommends the use of a thermal spacer.

Mini-Flute is available as perforated metal in ZINCALUME® or COLORBOND® steel, with 2.38 mm diameter holes at 6.74 pitch providing 11% open area. Other materials, gauges and hole sizes are also available.


It can also be curved by hart curving down to a radius of 500 mm in either 0.42 mm BMT, 0.48 mm BMT or 0.60 mm BMT.
