Junior 80 B (Sliding Door Hardware) - Sliding Door

Sliding hardware with a locking mechanism for easy installation, for use with single wooden doors with a panel weight up to 80 kg.

Features and benefits:

• Suitable for use in low headroom applications; with a small 1 mm gap between the running track and sliding door.
• Helps to optimize room space.
• Height adjustment is easily made from the leading edge, without the need for extracting the suspension unit.
• The suspension trolley is provided already fitted with hanger bolt, assembly wedge and integrated multifunctional cover cap with locking mechanism, and is simply clicked into place as a complete unit in the suspension profile.
• Screws are provided both for fixing and for adjusting the retention force to suit the weight of the door.
• Smooth, quiet operation.
• Accommodates large structural tolerances; vertically adjustable (±7 mm), including ±3 mm coarse adjustment and ±4 mm fine adjustment.

• Top fixed suspension with plate and hanger bolt M10 (24617 only) and 20 mm longer than standard bolt for 24851 only – allows the running track to be covered from below with removable ceiling elements.
• Track stop with adjustable retaining force.
• Screw-on rubber door stop.
• Rattle proof guide for screw mounting to floor with groove width 10 mm, black plastic.
• For two-panel sliding doors.
