Application

Ideal roofing for residential and commercial applications. Suitable for roof pitch designs as low as 2 degrees. Can also be used for walling applications. Available in South Australia only.

Description

CorroMax 35® Non-Cyclonic is a roofing profile manufactured from COLORBOND® steel and ZINCALUME® steel. Compared to Fielders' traditional S-Rib corrugated profile, the ribs of CorroMax 35® are 60% deeper and 50% wider, allowing for a higher rainwater carrying capacity. Some of its features include:

  • Deeper and more rounded profile.
  • Longer spanning capabilities.
  • Available in a range of lengths.

Manufacturer guidance

Use three fasteners per sheet for internal supports and up to six fasteners per sheet for end supports and end laps.


Only fasteners complying with AS 3566:2002 and those that are compatible with the roofing material should be used.

Insulation

Manufacturer guidance

Insulation thickness up to 50 mm are recommended, with screws to be increased in number depending on insulation thickness and density.


For insulation thicknesses greater than 50 mm, Fielders® recommends the use of a thermal spacer.
