MYO Kings Cross

MYO Kings Cross is Landsec’s flagship 80,000 sq ft flexible workspace, designed by SODA Studio and targeting WELL Platinum certification. The scheme combines private offices, collaborative spaces and a Grade II-listed events venue within one of London’s most dynamic districts.

Appointed as bespoke fabricators and installers, we delivered integrated handrail solutions in line with the lighting design by Illumination Works — enhancing wayfinding, circulation and user experience throughout the building.

Two distinct Glowrail systems were installed:

Timber Finish – A bespoke timber-faced handrail with integrated LED channel, providing subtle ambient illumination through stair cores and transitional spaces.

Stainless Steel Finish – A brushed stainless steel system with concealed LED, delivering clean lines and consistent light output while following the architectural geometry.

All metalwork and timber fabrication were completed in-house, ensuring precision detailing and a seamless integration with the wider architectural vision.
