Novia® VC200 Reflective is a high performance, reflective and air-tight vapour control membrane. It is designed for use as an air leakage barrier and vapour control layer (AVCL) for use in insulated wall, roof and floor applications requiring high moisture resistance.

Novia Black Pro Breather Membrane is a premium quality, versatile, heavyweight breather membrane for all pitched cold and warm roofs, and insulated wall applications. The material meets EN 13859-1 for pitched roofing and EN 13859-2 for walls. Novia Black Pro has excellent water resistance but still provides high breathability; it is strong and also complies with EN 13501-1 fire classification grade E. This is our heaviest Novia Black Pro Breather Membrane with a weight of 146GSM. The product is completely black on one side, and white on the reverse, with no text or images on either side, except a 150mm overlap line.

Armourplan SM is a polyester scrim reinforced membrane for mechanically fastened roofing systems on both flat and sloping roofs and is suitable for both new build and refurbishment installations. The membrane is mechanically fastened in the overlap using IKOfix Stress Plates and IKOfix Screws into the deck. Overlaps are securely hot air welded. Armourplan SM can also be used for ballasted systems or alternatively in adhered systems bonded using Armourplan contact adhesive or Sprayfast PCA adhesive Armourplan SM is also used as the upstand detailing membrane on all Armourplan SM/ SG systems. A complete roofing membrane system must be prepared for everything. For Rhepanol and Rhenofol these precautions are taken by a new FDT system component: the gravel stop profile. Not a single pebble will overcome the towering solution with an aesthetic appearance. The extraordinary stamina of the gravel stop profile is due to its outstanding static properties. In case the ballast exerts pressure, it is directly diverted into the substrate through the holders by the strong upright profiles. This effect is still enhanced by the slightly inclined position of the enclosure. The gravel stop profile prevents shifting or migration of the gravel layers continuously all around the flat roof. This is achieved by easy-to-install preformed details for perfect corner solutions.

elZinc® prefabricated shingles are suitable for wall cladding and for roof coverings. They are very easy to install, and can be cut, folded and edged as required at the boundaries of the cladding. They can be installed over a ventilated or non-ventilated roof construction allowing the best solution to be chosen according to the characteristics of each project. The fixing is hidden. They need a continuous support behind them. The shingles are fabricated using the elZinc® titanium zinc alloy rolled in accordance with EN988 and elZinc´s own quality standards, which gives them excellent corrosion resistance (and therefore durability).
