Pre-formed vertical drop outlets manufactured from injection moulded flexible PVC. Available in a wide range of diameters. Can be pushed into the existing rainwater outlet or downpipe in refurbishment applications where the fins can provide a watertight seal to the inside of the existing outlet. Delta PT (including Delta PT/Plaster Lath and PT Slimline) is a High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) cavity drain membrane. Delta PT has been designed to incorporate a plastic mesh which is welded to the surface of this dimpled sheeting membrane. Suitable as an impermeable damp proofing base for plaster or shotcrete (and as a water control and drainage membrane) in tunnel construction or for remedial damp proofing and waterproofing of existing basements internally. The Fundo Integro is the slimmest standard-compliant flush-to-floor shower element with integrated drain technology from wedi. Like all the other Fundo floor elements, it is already sealed ready for installation with a drain capacity of 0.8 litres per minute, a 50mm water trap height and at least 1.5% even preformed gradients. 100% waterproof to its core, the shower element not only fulfils all the relevant standards but offers an overall construction height of just 90mm including its drainage.

Floor door and basement access hatch with a recessed 'pan type' lid to accommodate a floor infill to match the surrounding area. HIAC Access covers are gas spring assisted or electric operation manufactured from aluminium. The pan type lid can have a stainless steel trim around the top edge. The access cover is not watertight but is self-draining. Any water passing the seals will be dispersed via an integral drainage channel. Floor cover is designed with a recess up to 80mm to take architectural flooring material.
