Single ply membranes are manufactured from synthetic polymers which have been developed for roofing and waterproofing applications. DANOPOL® membranes are a flexible form of PVC-p (polyvinyl chloride), which are welded together using hot air. The membranes are reinforced with either a glass fibre or polyester net, depending on the application, which provides high tear resistance whilst remaining flexible. BOPP tape adds a final barrier to improve air and moisture vapour tightness. This should be used in conjunction with double sided butyl tape, which is used for the overlap seals. Metallised BOPP tape is used as a final seal on the overlap. This can be used for all overlap and membrane joints.

The Gutter Expansion Joint
T-Pren is a waterproof expansion joint for metal gutters. It eliminates the need for the traditional step detail, and reduces the number of outlets required. It is available in all metals – aluminium, copper, lead, stainless and zinc. T-Pren was developed to overcome the thermal expansion problem of long gutters. It consists of two metal strips connected by a high quality neoprene expansion joint, and by using a special bonding process it has been proved in 30 years of service to have a long life in all atmospheric conditions.

MEDITE CLEAR is suitable for use in internal dry conditions as defined in EN 622 part 5. No formaldehyde is added to the softwood fibres in the manufacture of MEDITE CLEAR. The resultant product high performance product far exceeds the rigid Class E1 (EN 622-1) low formaldehyde standard.

and wall which provides a hidden radiused support for the floor covering as it is curved up the wall. The Capping Strip
finishes off the floor covering where it meets the tiles and makes a neat sealed finish to the installation.
