first seal coat, or through the application
of poly bead within the final seal coat.

Ronafix for Screeds

Ronafix screeds are site batched screeding mortars and fine concretes. The mix design for each is Ronafix admixture, cement, medium grade sharp sand, aggregate as determined by the mix design, plus water. The components are measured by weight or by volume on site and mixed to form the screed.
They are used with a primer of Ronafix and cement which achieves monolithic adhesion to correctly prepared concrete or screeds.
Ronafix screeds are used to lay new screeds and toppings as thin as 6mm bonded or 35mm unbonded or floating. The cured mortar bonds securely to suitably prepared surfaces and is water resistant.

RonaDeck EcoAgg UV is a resin bound aggregate surface for pedestrian traffic. RonaDeck EcoAgg UV surfaces are decorative and functional, seamless and slightly flexible. The open matrix allows water to drain through to the base, eliminating water ponding and allowing water to drain to planted areas or land drains. The system is designed to be SuDS compliant reducing the impact of development on flood risk and allowing water to flow into water courses or water harvesting systems. Edgings created from brick, stone, timber or steel should be installed to retain and protect the resin bound surfacing.

An ultra-lightweight flooring solution has been successfully installed in the Battersea Power Station redevelopment project. The system comprises a pourable lightweight aggregate and liquid cementitious screed topping.
The iconic Grade II listed Battersea Power Station is at the heart of one of central London’s largest new developments. The £9 billion project will see the creation of a vibrant new destination for London, housing a community of homes, shops, cafes, offices, leisure and cultural venues, with over 19 acres of public space.
As part of the redevelopment of the power station, a lightweight floor build-up was required.
Licata Licacem 200 Basecoat/Adhesive

LicaCem 200 is a plaster mortar, with controlled hygrometric shrinkage, based on white lime and cement, selected aggregates, special additives. It is used as a base plaster on brick walls, concrete blocks, rough concrete etc.
Formulated in the Licata SpA Research & Development laboratories, LicaCem 200 is characterized by excellent thixotropy, easy workability, high adhesion and wetting power. The controlled hygrometric shrinkage, added value of this product, allows it to be applied even in thicknesses of up to 25 mm in a single coat, minimizing cracking phenomena in all phases of the product’s life (application, plastic phase, maturation).

An aggregate can be added to create a non-slip texture, it can also be built-up to achieve a range of resin floor seamless thicknesses.
Lignacite Fair Faced & Paint Grade Blocks

Lignacite concrete blocks are fine textured and available with a paint grade or fair face finish. Manufactured to BS EN 771-3, Lignacite blocks are robust and durable with a technical performance that makes them well-suited to most applications.
The blocks’ unique mix design (consisting of cement, fine aggregates and recycled graded-wood particles) accounts for their outstanding technical performance.
The 140mm width version (known as Lignacite SP) has a specially formulated mix that optimises the block density to produce a solid block with a unit weight of less than 20kg. There is a slight colour difference between Lignacite SP and 100mm Lignacite blocks.

Using Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) chemistry Acrydur is hardwearing, flexible and resistant to a wide range of chemicals, benefitting from the unique characteristic of the acrylic binder which is the backbone of this product portfolio.
Surface finishes range from being smooth to heavy textured for slip resistance and systems can be decorative with multi-coloured quartz aggregate or upvc flake combinations for dynamic modern designs. Acrydur is laid quickly in large seamless areas without any risk of cracking or spalling to produce tough UV stable finishes.

Supaflo Timbre - Flowing Screed for Acoustic & Non-Acoustic Flooring Systems

Supaflo TimBRE is a self compacting flowing screed based
on an anhydrite binder. It is manufactured in a quality
assured process using specialist binder and selected
aggregate. It is specifically intended for use in acoustic
and non acoustic flooring systems which use timber joists
as their primary supporting structure.
Supaflo TimBRE can be used with either warm water or
electric underfloor heating systems in both commercial and
residential developments. Its use will help to improve the
acoustic performance of the floor to meet or exceed the
requirements set out in Part E of the building regulations.
Supaflo TimBRE will also improve the environmental, fire
resistance and durability characteristic and provide timber
supported floor that feels like concrete.

KEIM Lotexan is a siloxane based water repellent impregnation to reduce the water absorption of natural stone. Also used as a dust suppressant. KEIM Lotexan is suitable as a water repellent protective treatment, for mineral renders, fair-faced concrete, prefabricated concrete elements, exposed aggregate concrete, calcareous sandstone and fibre-cement boards. KEIM Lotexan provides protection from water, acid rain and
atmospheric pollution. KEIM Lotexan penetrates into the pores of mineral building materials. Once the solvent has evaporated, the active ingredient coats the walls of the pores and develops its water repellency by reacting chemically with the moisture normally present in the substrate and the atmosphere. This treatment does not seal the pores in mineral
building materials.
Resin flooring Resuflor Topfloor SR coating system

Resuflor Topfloor SR is a two-pack solvent free high-build textured epoxy resin system for application as a heavy duty floor coating at a thickness of 500. The system will provide a textured non-slip gloss coloured finish which is suitable for all areas of industry where an economical hard wearing anti-slip and chemically resistant floor coating is required.
The amount of aggregate incorporated into the coating system can be increased to create a more textured finish. This can effect the coverage rate of the Resuflor Topfloor SR and create a finish which has greater non-slip performance but requires a more aggressive cleaning regime. Please consult Sherwin-Williams for more advice on this.
RonaDeck Wet Pour Rubber Granule Surfacing

RonaDeck UV Wet Pour Rubber Granule Surfacing is a resin bound rubber granule surfacing for pedestrian traffic. It is used to create flexible seamless safety surfaces which absorb sound and impact. RonaDeck UV Wet Pour Rubber Granule Shockpad is a base layer for absorbing impact below and around play equipment. The system must be laid onto a sound stable and solid base; concrete or no fines concrete is the preferred substrate, the system may be applied to asphalt concrete but there is a risk of migratory staining from the bitumen binder. Applications exceeding 40mm depth may be laid on compacted MoT Type 3 aggregate. RonaDeck UV Wet Pour Rubber Granule Surfacing is suitable for applications in areas such as playgrounds and golfing environments.
Resin flooring Resuflor Deco Quartz TG screed system

Resuflor Deco Quartz TG system is a 3-pack decorative trowel applied epoxy resin industrial resin floor screed. The system incorporates multi-coloured aggregates to create a subtle decorative finish. It is typically applied at 4 mm minimum thickness to provide a hard wearing, attractive smooth seamless flooring which is sealed with clear resin for an impervious finish.
Resuflor Deco Quartz TG can be used to form coved skirting at the same time that the flooring is applied to create a truly seamless and continuous finish. This makes the product a superb solution for pharmaceutical type projects where a seamless 'tanked' finish is required with good aesthetics. The system is also widely specified in custodial areas because of its durability and ease of cleaning.

Resuflor Topcoat industrial flooring is a two-pack solvent-free high-build epoxy resin system system for application as a heavy duty floor coating at a thickness of 500 microns. The coating will provide a smooth Gloss coloured finish to function as a hard wearing floor surface which is installed throughout all industrial sectors and commercial situations where a tough paint type finish is required. Anti-slip aggregate can be added if required to create a light textured finish. See the Resuflor Topcoat system guide for this. Applied by roller and paint brush the product is 100% solids and low odour producing an economical seamless, hard wearing, hygienic floor finish. Resuflor Topcoat is available in a range of standard colours and can also be supplied in bespoke Ral shades as required.
Resin flooring Elladur Topcoat system

Elladur Topcoat is a build coating system using polyaspartic fast curing advanced materials to provide a tough and durable gloss finish. Elladur Topcoat is UV stable and has low odour and extremely low VOC content (volatile organic compounds. Because of the fast curing performance in a few hours several coats of Elladur can be applied in a day. Where anti-slip finishes are required aggregates can be incorporated to create textured floor finishes. Decorative systems can be created incorporating coloured flakes or quartz. See Elladur Deco Quartz SF and Deco Flake SF system guides for these resin flooring finishes. Whilst being tough and durable as a resin floor coating Elladur Topcoat also has a degree of flexibility for a wide range of applications.
