FAB 3000-050 Theory

FAB 3000-050 Theory

ACE Fabreeka UK

Vibration isolation theory of foundations for building, equipment and machines. Vibrating, rotating, reciprocating, and impacting equipment create machine-induced vibration and/or shock, which is transmitted into their support systems. Rotating machines and equipment that are not properly balanced produce centrifugal forces creating steady state and random vibration. Machines generating pulses or impacts, such as forging presses, injection moulders, impact testers, hammers, centrifugal pumps, and compressors are the most predominate sources of vibration and shock.

Retanol Xtreme Point Load Test Report

Retanol Xtreme Point Load Test Report

Retanol

This is a point load test report on a Retanol Xtreme Fine Concrete screed installed at Cineworld in Speke (Liverpool). This screed was used as a direct substitute for concrete where concrete pours were deemed neither practical nor possible in certain areas. The Retanol Xtreme Fine Concrete dosage comprised the standard mix of 400ml of Retanol Xtreme and 62.5kg of cement mixed in a standard screed pump of 250 litres gross capacity, but with 20% of 6mm stone chippings added to increase the compressive strength of the screed to 60 N/mm².

Trief at the heart of BP Service Station, Harthill

Trief at the heart of BP Service Station, Harthill

Brett Landscaping

BP sought maximum safety for vehicles using its Heart of Scotland Motorway Service Areas in Harthill, Scotland, especially around the petrol islands, pump areas and parking bays. The Brett Trief high containment kerbs met the brief as an obvious solution for the vulnerable areas of the service station. The concave recess of the Trief Kerb provides a visual caution prompting drivers to steer away. If a vehicle should veer towards the kerb, the recess traps the bulge in the tyre wall and redirects the vehicle back onto forecourt in a line dictated by the kerb.
