Washroom created the distinctive washrooms on four levels plus the new staff shower and changing area in the basement, all designed with the industrial heritage of the building in mind. Washroom manufactured and installed the vanity units which comprise a Corian worktop, individual countertop basins and inset waste bins set on a custom-made black metal frame. Washoom's full height Alto toilet cubicles were manufactured with a high pressure laminate finish in white, which together with its black high pressure laminate Concerto integrated duct panel system behind the WCs and urinals, creates a contemporary monochrome effect.

We installed new male and female washrooms on four levels and created a new staff shower and changing area in the basement of this recently refurbished office. Our full height, flush front Alto toilet cubicles and Concerto duct panels were finished in the same dark walnut straight grain real wood veneer. The integrated duct panel system is easy-to-clean and allows ease of access for future repairs or maintenance. The crisp white Zodiac stone vanities complete the high specification design. The staff shower and changing area features white Zodiac stone vanities plus our bespoke locker system.

The reception area had to set the tone for the rest of the building so we designed the bespoke Corian reception desk to mirror the angular lines of the unique feature staircases in the building’s central atrium. The new washrooms feature our full height Alto toilet cubicles, specified with a real wood walnut veneer finish. We designed the bespoke white Corian trough-style vanity units with an integral handbag shelf, back-painted glass splashbacks and Tego hinged mirror units. In the basement staff shower and changing area, our SGL Forza lockers provide staff with a durable, secure storage facility.

Working together with in-house joinery division, Cre8 Joinery Solutions, Washroom created new washrooms using a mix of different materials including dark wood veneer, concrete and bronze. The long trough shaped and wall-mounted, floating Arpeggio cast concrete vanity units in a traditional dark grey shade, reflect the industrial inspiration of the design, with the addition of black power-coated taps and soap holders providing a contemporary twist. The Cre8 joinery team delivered the bespoke lift lobby panels faced in exactly the same dark oak dyed veneer used on the full height Alto toilet cubicles installed in the washrooms.

“The variation of colours available in the Award range meant each washroom became a unique space, which really brightened up both areas.” Given the extensive range of activities undertaken at Francis Holland School, their new washroom refurbishment needed to be suitable for both wet and dry environments. They also requested a separate disabled access washroom and bright colour schemes to create a welcoming and stimulating environment. Award’s cubicle range was the perfect choice for the project. This contemporary new washroom space was designed with deliberately crisp, clean lines, providing the perfect addition to the building’s newly refurbished workspace and common areas. Washroom's bespoke vanity units combined with space-saving Dolphin Alavo mirror units, which incorporate all the facilities needed for visitors to wash, soap and dry their hands, provided the perfect solution for a compact modern washroom space. The rectangular shaped white Corian vanity units were designed with inset waste-bins to keep the washrooms clutter-free. The Alto toilet cubicles in dark woodgrain high pressure laminate to contrast with the white vanity units.

The new washrooms created for this sophisticated office development in the heart of Mayfair were designed to blend classic and contemporary styles seamlessly, reflecting the building’s new unique interior design. Washroom's full height Alto toilet cubicles were finished in real wood dark oak veneer and were complemented by the bespoke Corian vanity units with integrated waste bins and bespoke Corian recessed duct bag shelf. Its Concerto integrated duct panelling system was faced with toughened back painted glass. For the staff shower and changing area, Washroom installed its Octave lockers, finished in the same dark oak real wood veneer.

We delivered a bespoke washroom design, with a stylish monochrome colour scheme for a co-working office space in the City. The bespoke Corian slab-style vanity tops with square counter top basins, supported on custom-made metal leg frame forms a key part of the contemporary design. The multi-functional mirror units above the vanities also conceal hand dryers and soap units. The same dark grey HPL laminate was used to face our full height Alto toilet cubicle doors, our Concerto integrated duct panels and modesty screens. We also installed our Forza Lockers to each floor for staff.

A full height cubicle range, Unity provides a modern, durable washroom environment, with low floor clearance for maximum privacy. Emergency release mechanism indicator bolts were an ideal choice for education washrooms, where safety is paramount. Our Vepps (IPS) pre-plumbed panelling system, with Ideal Standard sanitaryware fitted and tested in our factory, made installation quick and straightforward without the need for specialist onsite skills.

Washroom designed and installed washrooms and backstage dressing rooms for an iconic Grade II listed West End theatre, using brass effect laminate and marble-effect Corian to create the sumptuous design which mirrors the theatre’s stunning Art Deco style auditorium. The full height Alto toilet cubicles installed were finished with a unique high-sheen brass effect laminate and as a contrast, the Concerto integrated duct panel system was manufactured using black laminate. Completing the washrooms are the Corian solid surface vanities specified in a light grey marble with individual square counter-top ceramic sinks, red splashbacks and brass taps.

Washroom's Forza SGL lockers and Legato benches combine to create a colourful new changing area for an office cycle centre. The Forza lockers, fitted with key operated locks, were specified with doors in HPL using four different colours from Sonae to create the distinctive eye-catching design. The changing area also features freestanding island Legato bench units manufactured with solid grade laminate slats and back rest plus wall-mounted Legato benching units in the combined changing and shower cubicles. Washroom's Arpeggio Corian trough-style vanity in white feature inset square sinks, integrated waste bins and wall-mounted taps.

For this incredible work space Shadbolt was asked to supply an array of products, all bespoke & FSC certified. Hull’s St. Stephens Shopping Centre hosts around 10 million shoppers every year, so when it came to refurbishing and upgrading its washroom facilities, it was vital that they were not only durable but also stylish and high quality. The Project Derby Manufacturing University Technical College (UTC) has received planning permission by Derby City Council. BAM Construct UK will build the £8 million centre which has been designed by Maber Architects.The UTC will have capacity for up to 600 young people aged 14 to 19. Prospec Marathon wet lockers, which include an aluminium carcass for wet areas, are a mixture of 1, 2, 3, and 4 tiers, and feature our new £1 coin return lock. New rehabilitation centre for the nation’s most severely injured military personnel.We were pleased to deliver the full FF&E fit-out including wall protection, blinds and cubicles as well as all the fitted furniture. Working closely with the Steffian Bradley team we also provide bespoke seating and reception counters. Brainchild of the late Gerald Grosvenor, 6th Duke of Westminster, the new DNRC centre was officially handed over in June 2018. The project involved restoration of a Grade II listed Hall, plus over 37,000m2 of new-build. The centre has impressive clinical rehabilitation facilities, including hydrotherapy pools, complex trauma wards, prosthetics and gait analysis facilities, plus Europe’s first multi-sensory CAREN 3D simulator.

NOMA is a new breed of mixed-use development in the centre of Manchester, a multi-phase scheme to create a 20-acre neighbourhood with a strong sense of community, built to world-class sustainability standards. For the public and accessible toilets in this building on the NOMA commons, architects Simpson Haugh implemented a Superloo layout interspersed with DDA-compliant cubicles. The Splash Lab was privileged to work with Simpson Haugh closely over many years to bring this vision to life with taps and accessories from our Radius Collection in a bronze PVD finish, as well as a Monolith DDA basin. Our comprehensive support for superloo designs helped achieve an efficient installation that doesn’t sacrifice clean, minimalist design. The contemporary bronze finish of the fittings provides a rich contrast with the white panelling and basin to create a washroom that looks both luxurious and streamlined.

The international tech giant set out to modernise their offices and employee facilities, creating a healthy and inspiring workplace. Multiple, shrouded, wash troughs for 'airside' staff washrooms were provided as well as [DDA compliant] V216 HCP wash hand basins located in all accessible washroom cubicles.Following a very specific design brief, the purpose made wash troughs were produced in order to meet the dual needs of a specific aesthetic appearance but also high durability. The heavily used airside washroom facilities are required to remain in full working order on a continuous 24 hour basis and so any possible cause of wear or tear must be minimised. By choosing the durable medium of stainless steel and also then fully enclosing pipework and services, a highly durable professional and hygienic environment is created for its users.The V216 HCP has an ultra low profile to facilitate wheelchair access. Pipework is also fully concealed.All units were produced in EN 1.4301 grade brushed satin stainless steel.

Sky Lagoon has both public and private changing facilities depending on the ritual package chosen each being carefully designed and installed by Geschwender in matching faux Oak laminates to reflect the natural ethos of the space. The ProjectLocated only 2 miles from the town centre is the town’s most established business park, offering 85,000 sq. ft of developed self-contained office.   The major refurbishment was intended to attract a diverse range of occupiers and underline Altrincham as the leading business park in the area. Space Invader architects designed the high-quality refurbishment and specified Excelsior to manufacture and deliver the washroom package.The ChallengeThis washroom project formed part of a full and extensive refurbishment package managed by TSK Group.  The Architects vision was to create a modern, industrial environment offering the occupant complete privacy and comfort.  Standard vanity frontages and sinks did not meet the brief, a bespoke wash station was required. The SolutionExcelsior Flush 30 Full Height Cubicles provided complete privacy for the user and a flush frontage complete with aluminium rebated edge detail to the doors and pilasters enhanced the industrial theme of the washrooms. Shower and changing facilities bind practicality and design at this new-build office development in Smithfield. At The Haymarket Building, practicality meets excellent design, and Architects Reddy Architecture + Urbanism have created a sophisticated space that the tenants can be proud of. The building is accessed via an impressive double-height lobby, and this grandeur is maintained throughout the entire building, including the washrooms.Split over two floors, the basement houses a gym and self-contained male and female changing rooms with a separate toilet block on the upper basement level. It has been five years since the redevelopment and renovation of the female and male shower and changing rooms in the health hub at All Saints Hotel, Golf and Spa.This modern hotel has something for everyone, set in the countryside, it is a peaceful vacation spot close by to beautiful villages, towns and cities. We had a nice revisit at the golf club and installed some more leisure lockers.All Saints hotel has been expanding ever since, and we’ve been asked to come back to manufacture and install additional lockers for the health hub changing areas. Helmsman supplied two-compartment leisure lockers. These lockers have specifically been made to provide secure storage for spa users in a wet environment. These two-compartment leisure lockers differ in colour and have engraved numbering and ‘SPA’ to differentiate between the gym lockers and spa lockers to benefit customers.Five years on, Helmsman lockers and cubicles installed back in 2016 are in good condition considering the high usage from All Saints customers. Situated in the London Borough of Newham, East HamTechnical College was reopened in September 2014and is now home to over 500 students. The elegantVictorian building was originally built in 1905 and isnow a Grade II listed building.Rick Mather Architects retained many of the existingfeatures of the original building whilst the new modernadditions seek to complement and highlight these,whilst ensuring functionality for users. Extensive areasof glazed tiles and bricks have been repaired anduncovered to restore the original diverse materialityof the building. Though the south and east elevationsutilised alternative materials, they maintain the redbrick and terracotta aesthetic of the more elaboratenorth and west facades.The ironmongery package presented a challenge forAllgood. The high usage of the building meant theironmongery would need to be highly functional but itwas essential that the aesthetics matched the interiordesign of the building.Whilst many of the classrooms have been modernised,the interior designer elected to match the ironmongeryto the more classic themes of the building.A co-ordinated antique brass finish was applied toknob handles, numerals, hinges and door closers oneach of the wooden, white painted doors.In the bathroom areas, where some of the originaldecor was not retained, a more conventional stainlesssteel finish was utilised to cubicle locks and WC turns

The latest sustainable materials to be added to our range are BioCarbon® zero carbon laminates. These are the first carbon neutral materials of this type to be available in the UK.In addition to having all the durability and decorative characteristics of standard HPL materials, BioCarbon also provides both anti-bacterial and anti-microbial protection, as well as being zero carbon.This combination of features makes it ideal for our Pendock Washroom range of cubicles and is also used within our Pendock Linea building linings products as a durable finishing solution.BioCarbon is manufactured using renewable and sustainable energy sources together with a range of initiatives to offset production processes making it carbon neutral. Manufactured in Colombia, where almost 70% of all energy generated is from hydro-electric, this is what powers, the manufacturing plant.Beyond this, the material used to create the HPL and CL laminates, which is primarily paper, is harvested from sustainable sources and is offset by BioCarbon with its own 200 hectare re-forestation programme that helps absorb 400 tonnes of carbon dioxide, annually. The programme is monitored and audited by PwC.Storage, handling and distribution impacts are also factored into the calculations, which results in a range of products, where the entire process from manufacturing to fabricator is carbon neutral.
