The Edge Hill University redevelopment of the Eastern Campus landscape had a master plan that included a range of seating to complement other factors on this ambitious scheme. Artform were asked to supply architectural seating in the forms of The Salgueiro and Couso seats from the Gravin range. The seating had to be robust and durable with a simple and minimalist design to suit the project. Artform were able to supply these products on a short lead time which suited the needs of the client and the project.

TaperedPlus in conjunction with Unilin Insulation supplied tapered TR/MG for the full PIR scheme. A.J Wells manufactured and supplied vitreous enamel white printed cladding panels for the new Bakerloo Line Link Project at Paddington Station, London. Lang+Fulton have supplied a bespoke 6.6 x 5.7m compound for euorbins and general storage. The compound was sub-divided into two separate areas, each with 1.4m wide double doors for access, secured with Locinox euro-cylinder locks and dropbolts.The panels were made from DeltaWing-100 to provide total visual screening and were supplied hot-dip galvanized with an additional polyester powder coating colour RAL 7040.

In the three dance studios Harlequin supplied and installed a fully-floating Harlequin Activity sprung floor with Harlequin Cascade and Harlequin Standfast performance surfaces totalling over 330 square metres. Harlequin Ballet Barres and Harlequin Mirrors completed the dance studio facilities. In the Performance Teaching Space a Harlequin WoodSpring basket weave sprung floor system with a Harlequin Standfast top surface was supplied and installed to an area of over 180 square metres.

ASF have for many years supplied these bollards for the Albert Dock area of Liverpool. Supplied in 2 different sizes - some to the standard pattern dimensions and some to a larger bespoke dimension the bollards are set up both as stand alone and with chain and chain eyes to form chain barrier systems.Manufactured in 100% recycled cast iron, and 100% recyclable and with an expected lifespan in excess of 100 years, these bollards are ideal for such a valuable and historic site

NORclad were specified as the timber cladding supplier to this project, working with the Main Contractor on site we were able to work to a length schedule and optimise the lengths supplied with the aim to minimize wastage from offcuts on site. Profiles: Over 9000/LM of 45 x 95mm PAR boards were supplied for this project, pre-treated before it arrives to site, the MicroShades ‘Brunnea’ treatment offers a 30 year warranty against Rot & Fungal decay.

A range of specialist fittings were supplied by GEC Anderson, for use the police forensic laboratory.These included a large height adjustable examination table; cabinets shelving and work surfaces with integrated bowls, upstands and special drainers. Perforated, height adjustable stepless shelving (GEC Anderson V90 System) was also supplied.Single-piece L-shaped stainless steel worktop with integral bowls, integral upstands and perforated draining rack. Shelving and cabinets with 'D' handles.

Brandsafe supplied and installed a wide range of impact protection products at this site. Armco safety barriers, bollards, flexible delineators, speed bumps, wheel stops, lamp post protectors, pedestrian guardrail and handrail were all specified. Secure cages with digital locks were also supplied by Brandsafe to protect key equipment within the building. Our new range of cubicles went into both male and female shower rooms with seat stands attached to bespoke sloping top Z Lockers suitable for wet environments. Bespoke privacy panels and benches were supplied in each cubicle to keep the bench clear of water. Natural Ash laminate was used across the bespoke project.

Lionweld Kennedy supplied the walk ways for the 'East West Rail Phase 1' for Network Rail.This new rail has connected Oxford to Bicester, with the second phase expected to connect Oxford even further.We supplied GRP walkways and approximately 1km of GRP parapet handrails to bridges in multiple locations along the new East West rail road.GRP and Flowdeck is an efficient material for this due to its lightweight and high-strength which makes it a great solution for walkways and platforms.

A comprehensive fire door replacement programme throughout the 5-storey Ladywell Unit which provides mental health services including a psychiatric intensive care unit.Advanced Timber Systems supplied fully PVC encapsulated ‘Vanta-form’ Door-sets and specialist anti-ligature hardware to give a robust, compliant and durable solution in this complex environment.Glazed Side screens were supplied with toughened security glass to enhance the safety for patients and staff without compromising visibility through corridors.

Take one look at our website and customers would be forgiven for thinking our grilles are only available painted in one colour - black. They can of course be supplied bare metal to go rusty in many cases as another option but black is our standard colour. That said we supply vents and air bricks painted in a huge range of RAL colours. A large new-build office in the heart of Bristol, the Halo development features sandstone-coloured GRC fins and spandrels supplied by BCM GRC as the focal point of its eye-catching façade.Completed in December 2022, Halo was the first office building outside of London to achieve BREEAM Outstanding certification against new sustainability assessment criteria, making it one of the UK's most sustainable offices.The GRC we supplied to Halo was expertly installed by our partner installer, Henley Stone.

In 2022, BCM supplied grey GRC cladding to 'The Church Inn' in Manchester, a project which converted the vacant site of a former pub into much-needed student accommodation.The jewel in Church Inn's architectural crown is the large debossed lettering at the top of each of the building's four elevations, which – nine stories high – creates a landmark visible across the MMU campus and from The University of Manchester.The GRC we supplied to Church Inn was expertly installed by our partner installer, Henley Stone.

Over 1,000m2 of our hook-on cassette RF50-FR rainscreen was selected to reflect the crisp clean lines of the building that was achieved by routing then folding. The choice of colour selected was a matt black to capture the world-renowned brand image. The ProjectHallsville Quarter is a brand new neighbourhood in the heart of Canning Town, in which Bellsure was asked to supply and install a range of cycle storage products. Following a £3.7 billion regeneration project, Canning Town is set to become an exciting place to call home. Using the experience and knowledge of the Streetsure team, we offered a variety of products that suited the specific elements of the brief. As requested by Bouygues UK Ltd, we provided a Phase 1 quote on bespoke cycle shelters with two-tier cycle racks. Once Phase 2 was completed, we then provided an extension to the cycle shelter to create more room for cycle storage. We also supplied CAD designs and .dwg files to build into the clients BIM model.The SolutionThe Streetsure team secured the contract and project managed the supply and install of these products to budget and within an agreed timeframe.We supplied Orion Cycle racks to this project due to their robustness and compatibility. These were space planned strategically to fit as many spaces into the area as possible. We also designed and installed a secure shelter with Syberian Larch as the specified timber for the shelter. Our installers worked alongside the site manager to ensure a smooth snag free handover - complete with an enhanced operations & maintenance manual.

Lang+Fulton have supplied Terra-34 balustrade panels, open mesh flooring, stair treads and louvred screening for escape stairs at three new buildings at Milton Park, Oxfordshire.There were five stair towers in total, 10.7m and 15m high, also designed to provide access to service facilities. The stair treads were manufactured from a heel-proof open mesh grating EF-15x76; the balustrade panels were made using Terra-34 which is an anti-climb architectural grating.The Italia-80 louvres effectively screen all the service ducting and were supplied with demountable panels with D-handles for inspection points at each landing and ground level. The result was a smart solution in keeping with the high specification of the development.The balustrading, stair treads and flooring were hot-dip galvanized; the louvres were supplied with an additional polyester powder coating RAL7016.

Gloucester’s dock area today provides a vibrant retail, leisure and residential district. The transformation of the derelict dock area started in 2009. As part of the multi-million pound redevelopment, known as Gloucester Quays, Tata Steel has supplied a wide range of its building envelope products to build the Morrisons supermarket.A solution incorporating Tata Steel’s Trisomet® and Trimapanel® insulated roof and wall cladding systems was chosen to build the Gloucester Quay’s supermarket for Wm Morrisons.Close involvement with the cladding contractor helped to deliver the robust detailing criteria and the air-tightness requirements. Longer length Trisomet® insulated panels supplied with Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® were installed on the roof area to reduce end laps and increase the speed of the installation, and for the wall elevations a combination of Trisomet® and Trimapanel® insulated panels were supplied manufactured from Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® pre-finished steel.

Crown House, Barking Located near Barking town centre in East London, Crown House is a residential scheme that will provide 169 affordable homes for the Barking and Dagenham community, delivered on behalf of housing provider, Be First. Challenge:Driven by a respect for the environment, Heritage Homes wanted to create energy efficient homes for the future. A high sustainable build standard was required as part of their prestigious ‘Future Collection’ homes for the phase two zero carbon homes development.Solution:IG’s Hi-therm+ lintels use a patented combination of a polymer isolator and galvanised steel to bond the internal and external walls together by spanning the intervening gap creating a powerful thermal break. The one-piece lintel solution accommodated different lengths to minimise and conserve energy for each home by reducing thermal bridging at non-repeating junctions. IG’s technical team determined the loading and specification requirements at window and door openings. This fabric first approach contributed to an AA* energy efficiency rating and ensured each home built was comfortable, energy efficient and modern for years to come.IG’s LP windposts accommodated different lengths and factored into account wind load conditions. The windposts were installed into the inner skin of the cavity walls spanning vertically between the floor structures, providing additional lateral support for the large panels of brickwork and openings. Located in the commercial heart of Belfast, Donegall Place, formerly a bank building, has been part of the city landscape for over 50 years. Looking to install an EN16005 compliant manual activated revolving door with integrated air curtain, the main contractor, Graham Construction, got in touch FAAC Entrance Solutions to submit their proposal for this project.Solution: FAAC presented the RD100 Revolving Door as the best product for this entrance, not only for representing a more cost-effective solution, but also by installing a power assisted automatic door rather than a manual one, made for a safer and more user-friendly entrance, thus providing better value overall.
