Application

  • Suitable for ventilated and non-ventilated structures. Roofs can be flat, convex, concave and other non-standard designs. Facades can be flat (90°) and semi-circular.
  • The best substructure for zinc-titanium are sawn timber planks with pH reaction at 4.5–7.0.
  • Double standing or angled seam system use special fastening with fixed or sliding clips. The clips are made of zinc-titanium sheet of 0.8 mm thick.
  • It is also possible to use transversal joining of strips. Consult manufacturer for details.

Description

Double and angled standing seams manufactured from zinc-titanium. A strip 70-80 mm wide is used for each seam. For example, a strip 670 mm wide has an effective width covering of ~600 mm. Maximum advised length of a single strip is 10 m. When strips longer than 10 m are necessary consult manufacturer for further information.

ZM Silesia zinc is produced from the highest purity zinc SHG 99.995% with additions of copper and titanium according to EN 988. Available in three finishes. It is durable for over 80 years, corrosion resistant, does not require maintenance, is non-flammable and can be 100% recycled.

Used in different varieties for roof covering (3–7° inclination with additional protection) and cladding. 7° to 15° requires for tangled mat with drainage – over 15° tangled mat usage dependant on the installation substrate. Angled standing seam: recommended over 25°, areas of heavy snow over 35°.
