Zinc-titanium standing seam.
Double and angled standing seams manufactured from zinc-titanium. A strip 70-80 mm wide is used for each seam. For example, a strip 670 mm wide has an effective width covering of ~600 mm. Maximum advised length of a single strip is 10 m. When strips longer than 10 m are necessary consult manufacturer for further information.
ZM Silesia zinc is produced from the highest purity zinc SHG 99.995% with additions of copper and titanium according to EN 988. Available in three finishes. It is durable for over 80 years, corrosion resistant, does not require maintenance, is non-flammable and can be 100% recycled.
Used in different varieties for roof covering (3–7° inclination with additional protection) and cladding. 7° to 15° requires for tangled mat with drainage – over 15° tangled mat usage dependant on the installation substrate. Angled standing seam: recommended over 25°, areas of heavy snow over 35°.
