Application

Facade cladding suitable for housing complexes, universities, hospitals, shops, parking garages and screening.

Can be fitted onto concrete and steel structures, as well as curved facades.

Description

Tailor-made click-fix facade cladding solution, with wood lamella slats mounted onto an aluminium structure.

Features and benefits:

  • Provides the entire facade solution.
  • Tailored to project requirements.
  • Wood components: Uses FSC® or PEFC™ certified wood, which guarantees responsible and sustainable forestry and traceability throughout the supply chain. The thermal treatment is applied as standard (Burnblocks), and ensures dimensional stability and high lifespan, with durability up to 50+ years depending on the type of wood.
  • Auminium components: Sustainable system with Greenline Aluminium components, which requires no maintenance and has an expected lifespan of more than 70 years.
  • Suitable for fire-proof constructions - Fire End Use classification tested and approved according to European standards (BR18).
  • Offers natural pre-patination, ensuring that all of the project’s lamella are patinated evenly, regardless of position and location of the mounting.
  • Designed with clean, sharp lines.
  • Installed with a single click.
  • Lamella are designed with an optional centre-to-centre distance and are mounted horizontally, vertically or as a ceiling.
  • No visible screws.
  • Built-in thermal movement.
  • Quick and easy installation.
  • Aluminium fixing components are manufactured from 100% collected and recycled aluminium.
  • Available in a wide range of wood types including ash, pine, cedar, ayous and accoya.
  • Manufactured in accordance with EN 16755 and EN 14915.
  • Can be combined with partial solutions, e.g. perforated plates, stretched metal, trapezoidal plates, and profile plates.

System components:

  • Mounting profile.
  • Lamella.
  • Fix-plate.

Installation:

  • Mounting: The mounting profile is attached to the load-bearing facade with a maximum distance of 400 mm between attachment points.
  • Click: The lamella is pushed into the click groove, and the wide base is pushed into place. When the lamella foot is in the click groove, the lamella is tilted in one complete motion into place with a click.
  • Fix: When a lamella has been clicked into place, fix-plates are installed in all cross joints between the mounting rail and lamella. Slats are prepared for thermal movement. The thermal 0 point must be placed equally on all lamella.
