Application
Our webertherm XP systems are specially designed using a mineral one coat render (webertherm M1) which doesn't require a base coat render. This means faster and more economical application, reducing labour and scaffolding costs. The disruption to the homeowner is minimised considerably.
Suitable for application onto masonry substrates, this system uses cost effective expanded polystyrene insulation (webertherm EPS) and is finished with webertherm M1 with a traditional roughcast render finish available in 23 popular colours.

webertherm XP roughcast system (EPS) is a modern external wall insulation system ideal for refurbishment projects to improve thermal performance and reduce interstitial condensation whilst providing the building with a rejuvenated and low maintenance façade.
This system uses expanded polystyrene insulation and is finished with a traditional roughcast render finish which is available in 23 popular colours.
Suitability:
- Suitable only for buildings under 11 metres.
- For buildings above 11m, please see webertherm XP roughcast system (MFD).
Final façade finish:
- Finished with webertherm M1 one coat mineral render available in 23 popular colours.
Reaction to fire:
- B-s1,d0 reaction to fire classification in accordance with BS EN 13501. Extended application report on request.
Certification & requirements:
- BBA approved.
- NSAI approved.
- Able to satisfy PAS 2030:2019 and PAS 2035:2019 requirements.
